The price of running a hot tub varies depending on your electricity tarriff. Our hot tubs are some of the most energy-efficient in the world, and compared to other brands use a fraction of the energy. On average, a hot tub that is used regularly each week will increase your energy bill by around £25-40 per month. You can read more about the breakdown in our blog post
Absolutely, your hot tub can be used in any season, making it the perfect place to relax. All of our hot tubs are made with the best insulation which mean they retain heat very efficiently, and despite heating up to 40C, in winter when there is snow on the cover, it will not melt.
With proper care and regular servicing, your hot tub will be able to last you for over 20 years. All our hot tubs come with a 10 year guarantee, which is unheard of in our industry.
When hot tubs are installed, used, and maintained properly, they can have several health benefits and are very safe! Hot tubs are safe for most people to use but should generally be avoided by pregnant women and those with low blood pressure. If you have any health concerns, your first point of contact should be your doctor.
Hot tubs are not paddling pools and should be used with caution. Children should be able to stand up comfortably with their feet on the bottom of the hot tub, and their heads safely out of the water. We do not recommend children under 10 use the hot tub, and children should be supervised at ALL times.

Our hot tubs will heat from cold tap water to 40C in around 8-12 hours. They usually increase by around 2C each hour, so you can adjust the temperature to suit your mood. Although, it is much more energy efficient to maintain a constant temperature, so that the thermal benefits of the insulation can maintain it and reduce the use of the heat exchange.
