Free Next Working Day Delivery on All Chemicals and Accessories*
Following a completed pre-delivery check and confirmation of the delivery date from our customer service and logistics teams, a two-man team will deliver the hot tub to the property.
We offer 3 delivery services:
- Kerb Side - We will arrange a delivery date with you and our two-man team will deliver to the curbside of your property. Moving the hot tub into position and set up will need to be conducted by the customer.
- White-Glove Service (not including delivery) - We can upgrade you to a full installation, where we fill your hot tub and give you a full demonstration on how to use it and go over all the chemicals and maintenance. We will assemble accessories such as steps, and cover lifters where ordered, will be fitted and we will give the customer a demonstration of the key features of the hot tub via an on-screen demo.

All deposits are non-refundable. (Unless we are at fault).

I no longer want my hot tub, can I return it?
If you wish to return your hot tub, please call our friendly customer service team who will be happy to discuss this with you.
You have 14 days to inform us of your wish to return your product.
The cost of returning the product lies with the customer.
