The chemical dispenser means there is a steady flow of chemicals into your spa that are needed to keep it clean. The dispenser doesn't come into contact with the shell of your spa either, meaning that there will be no discolouration or damage to the shell.

At Simply Hammocks we offer Free Express Delivery (97% arrive next day) on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend so it's free even if you are ordering a large hammock or small fixing.

EASY RETURNS
At Simply Hammocks we want you to be 100% happy which is why we offer a simple 14 day returns policy. Plenty of time for you to decide if you like your new hammock. Occasionally hammocks are purchased as gifts so if you need longer than 14 days please drop us an email and we will happily oblige.

Free Next Working Day Delivery on All Chemicals and Accessories*

Following a completed pre-delivery check and confirmation of the delivery date from our customer service and logistics teams, a two-man team will deliver the hot tub to the property.

We offer 3 delivery services:

• Kerb Side - We will arrange a delivery date with you and our two-man team will deliver to the curbside of your property. Moving the hot tub into position and set up will need to be conducted by the customer.
• White-Glove Service (not including delivery) - We can upgrade you to a full installation, where we fill your hot tub and give you a full demonstration on how to use it and go over all the chemicals and maintenance. We will assemble accessories such as steps, and cover lifters where ordered, will be fitted and we will give the customer a demonstration of the key features of the hot tub via an on-screen demo.

I no longer want my hot tub, can I return it?
If you wish to return your hot tub, please call our friendly customer service team who will be happy to discuss this with you. 

You have 14 days to inform us of your wish to return your product.

The cost of returning the product lies with the customer.
